When I close my eyes for a rest, flashes of various people are flashing through my mind, my eyes seem to be blinking, and my arms are have a tingling sensation afterwards. What is wrong?
Sounds like a brain function issue. What makes me concerned is all of the systems working together. Your eyes, nerves, and brain. The best to do is go to a doctor. If he is concerned he will ask for a CAT scan. They view your brain for problems. This can be done at your local emergency center.
