If you close your eyes, what comes to your mind?

For example just now very nicely you close your eyes, what first thing comes to your mind?
May be now you are busy, but generally can you recall what you tend to visualize when you close your eyes when you are in a relaxed situation?

Unfortunately nothing comes to my mind but a blank picture. I don't know if that is a good thing, or bad one.  ):

Hello, dgbrh, having answered  question of power and process adjectives for thought and memory, I see an exercise again of the mind. Thank you for this adventure of learning, within the scope of synchronicity or a plot maybe.

    tim

I shall use a bit of creativity and share what I saw then share a bit of knowledge. A flash of  memory is i used this technique with a hub defending a poem once.

Sleep is difficult for me on this last leg of this journey. Most of the times I lay near theta, that level of between and betwixt in the early morning. I have my memory capture device on and will review this dream for the psyche team latter. Nearing the Quandrant o Hellion, where EleL became the first to navigate its gates these beings on this side of the gate captured, yet more likened to rescued me from the exploding ship.

I am enamored to learn that first ship to have passed through those gates settled this land, made friends with other entities of essences and learned. Their learning rescued me from the horrors of perceived death, although a heroic deed.

The instructions say close my eyes then realize I am left with four and not having five. Likened to those stories of my Cousin Dave whom was blind, I sense. I hear the ascent of this ship I travel within near an echo yet a hum. I feel my hearts rhythm seeking cadence with my now hastened breath, whom is the tuner I ponder the the heart or the anxiety. The heart I decide with a leap within faith leads the hastened breaths back to synchronicity.

Soon, I hear not those hastened breaths, becoming as a shadow while a phantom appears to the projector of my third eye. Now, only the descent or ascent a puzzle or a riddle, of the craft nearing the Gates of Hellion and a journey home soon. I am so thankful of those entities of essence providing for that journey.

The acuity of hearing now lay close with theta. My sight of reality of one sense hidden by closure, yet revealing a new vision. My sense of touch is only the cool breeze within this hot cockpit of the craft. Provided by synchronicity I feel the vents providing comfort at my tired feet. My taste the foul, although comforting passed puff upon a cigarette an old tool of man, aiding the minds of those with the disorientation of emotions. I am gladdened of science and its many miracles.

Although the scent of a burning cigarette lingers, sight lost with closure, I sense the pleasantry of an aroma of the vision I see, a phantom. With clarity I know the phantom.

It depends on the condition and state of brain. In a relaxed state, generally natural scenes, family members and frens come firstly in mind!!

I visualize long summer days as a child; playing with my siblings in the garden. Laughing as we hose each other and chase each other. Making water arches and running through them. I visualize happiness and innocence. Sometimes when I open my eyes I feel happy, other times I feel sad. I still miss those lazy, hazy days and the easy slumber after play.

Pictures of nature, a peaceful lake, a blue ocean, a flowering tree, green grass genlty swaying in a breeze....we are part of nature and I feel part of it especially in my relaxed state before falling into sleep...
