When you have Asthma, what can you do about it?
As far as I know there is no cure for Asthma but there are options to make it better, so that people do not suffer that much from the disease. What do you think actually helps?
I have asthma, and I use a daily inhaler as well as one that I use when I am actually having trouble breathing. My asthma is triggered mainly by aerobic exercise, so I usually just build up to cardio and take deep breaths while running.
Hold your breath about the cure thing, TimMey. But for now, you have to know your allergies or triggers and try to avoid it. Try not to over stressed yourself and as Blondie had shared with you; it is important to have one with you at all times and make sure that you are well stocked.
