What's your favorite food product at Trader Joe's that you consider healthy?
I don't get there too often but in an attempt to cut down on beef and eat healthier..and with the love of meat loaf, I once trade Trader Joe's Turkey Meat Loaf.
It is not frozen but it is sold in the cold food section. I keep it in the fridge and find that one of the packages, if sliced down into four strips makes fore four nice lunches or dinner.
The amazing thing is the flavor is excellent, seasoning is good but not to spices. Sometimes I will add some black pepper or a splash of Tabasco. But, I chuckled when I saw your question because that is almost now the only thing I buy there!
Nothing is actually unhealthy if you can fit it into your daily caloric intake and macronutrient intake. This is a huge misconception.
Losing weight alone leads to significantly improved health markers all across the board.
