What are good suggestions for someone experiencing gestational diabetes controlled by diet?
under a doctors care and on a specified diet already, but looking for addtitional helpful foods or other experiences that would be helpful.
Control the fat content in the diet to the maximum level possible. Control sugar in the diet. Take a balanced diet in divided amount and take at more number of times. Exercise, preferably fast walking.
