No! There are numerous things you can do to manage the pain, but as far as a cure goes - you're out of luck.
Unfortunately not. I suffer from them quite often. Remedies, yes, but it all depends on what causes them for you. Mine are caused by hormones and sleep deprivation. I also have to watch an entire list of possible triggers, like eating peanut butter, chocolate, too much caffeine...
