If you lived on Sesame Street who would you want as your neighbor?
I heard this used as an icebreaker and thought it was very clever...
There are several ... Big Bird, Chrissy, Colambo, Buster the Horse, Bert, Earnie.... fortunately, living on Sesame Street would give you access to all of them.

I did "live" on Sesame Street when I was little. I lived beside Grover.
The cookie monster, so I can share in his endless supply of cookies.
I always wanted to live in the trash can with Oscar. He pulled such interesting things out of his can. It sounded like it was cavernous. I wonder what all was down there.
