Is "red yeast rice" really beneficial for lowering cholesterol?
Please explain what that is, if you would.
Red Yeast Rice is an herbal supplement. Taken in pill form. Supposed to aid in lowering cholesterorol
I am not sure about red yeast rice lowering cholestrol but i do know that oats is beneficial in reducing cholestrol as well.
It's been working for me and I've been taking it for a couple of years. Kept me off the statins which made me feel like a really old woman with the side effects.
