    Is taking Nut(fruit) regularly, protect heart diseases?

    I heard that, nut is also good for our memory. Is that true?

    True that nut is good for our memory. It contains omega 3 and 6 fatty acids as well as vitamin E and vitamin b6 which is actually good for the nervous system. Nuts also contains unsaturated fat that lowers bad cholesterol levels.

    It definitely does . They are by far the healthiest snacks that you can have with Almonds and Walnuts widely held as the healthiest nuts. But all of them have healthy fats (which do good to your heart) , protein , omega 3 for walnuts .

    But dont go crazy on them !
