What does vitamin B3 do?
What are the effects of having low B3 and what foods help to raise it? I have heard of the other B's but not this one. Thanks for any help!
tlpoague here is some information: B3 vitamin supplement is used to avoid pellagra. Additionally, it allows for the conversion of carbohydrates straight into glucose. B3 metabolizes fat and protein. Furthermore, it helps to reduce LDL or bad cholesterol and raise HDL or beneficial cholesterol in order to lower the likelihood of atherosclerosis.
