Hello im new here just starting the candida diet .can I use flour and what kind?
There is different kinds of flour that can be used following this diet.
Try almond or chestnut flower. Those two are my personal favorites.

If you were flower what kind of flower would you be?If you were a flower what kind would you be? Judge yourself by your personality. Are you grumpy??? do you have thorns, etc. Would you attract butterflies or flies?
