Paula Deen, a butter loving cook and star of Food Network, shocked her fans, fellow Food network hosts and chefs and the network she is working, because she hid her diagnosis for having not only type 2 Diabetes in 3 years, but, she has also partnered with a drug company to promote her diabetes website,

who'd think that would ever happen?
I was in shock because I only found out who she was 2 days ago!
Not shocked at all. I am no health guru, but the way she prepared food - I think the diabetes was inevitable. I read somewhere that she was diagnosed 3 years ago - so why is her diet just changing now?
Never heard of the unfortunate girl, I would guess, her immediate family.
