1) Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, and cool.
2) Avoid naps.
3) Avoid stressful situations before bedtime.
4) Stop Smoking and alcohol.
to get over insomnia have some Exercise, have healthy diet, stay away from caffeine and chocolates.
