Yes, one of the best is that you will probably never suffer cancer if you eat REALLY hot haberpino chilli mixes!

Living in SE Asia it's almost impossible to NOT eat spicy foods, if you are a novice, start accustoming your taste buds and stomach with mild spicy and keep progressing, spicy food is good for us (IMO).

Spicy food can burn your mouth and leave you gasping for a glass of milk. Is it bad for you? On the balance of things, quite the opposite. read more

Long term its good for your you. The orgins of Spicy food is directly related to climate.

In cold places, no spicy food (swedish food is not spicy)
in hot places, spicy food is the norm (thai food is spicy)

warm places have more diseases and stuff and the spicy food helps strengthen the immune system.

cold places have less diseases and stuff so they dont need it.

it also has to do with preserving food, but that does not effect anything long term
