    I am doing it for a long time. I got so many benefits from it, still doing and will be doing.

    Pranayama yoga is good to health and peace in life.
    I am practicing that for quite some time.It is good for
    digestive ststem and liver functioning.Even help will power
    becomes strong through it is practice.It makes the life meaningful
    and social.It gives opportunities to soul to flourish.It also help to reduce
    down emotional as well as nervous anticty.
