There really is no "cure" for bad breath to make it go away completely, but if you need to freshen up quick, chew some mint gum (or just have a mint), use breath spray, or even suck on a lemon wedge (weird, but effective).
One of the best things to do for bad breath is use a tongue scraper and scrape the tongue really good before brushing your teeth. The tongue is a bad breath germ hang-out spot.

How to avoid bad breath?

What is worse? Bad breath or body odor (or is there something else?)Would you say something to the person if they had an offensive smell or would you just step back and tolerate it until you could get away?

If you had bad breath would you want some one to tell you or would you be offended? If bad breath was a problem and you were unaware of it would you want someone to tell you about it? If so, how would someone go about telling someone that they have a bad breath problem without offending...

The issue with me is Bad breath. The unique problem i face is that the smell is emitted even...when i am "simply breathing through my nose". Earlier when I was younger, though I knew I had this problem, I never realised that the smell was from my nose#and of course through my mouth too#....
