What are some classic food combinations that make perfect proteins?
I'm not exactly sure what you mean. We don't combine foods to make proteins, the proteins are contained in food you eat and the don't combine chemically (usually) during cooking.
If you're asking what combinations of foods give you a well balanced list of proteins,
then that's a detailed topic, something I'm planning to write an article on.
Basically, if you include a range of different beans, soy products, and green leafy vegetables like spinach, bok choy, and lettuce in your diet, then you'll usually be getting all the protein you need.
Does this answer your question?
Eggs and mushrooms - both are protein rich foods. If you eat these with a citrus fruit( vitamin C) you enhance the benefits of the egg and absorb more iron.
