Your brain tells you when the glucose level has fallen below the fasting level, in which case you will feel hungry..the normal tendency will be to grab something sweet..don't. Eat protein instead of sugar. There is no best time to dine. It depends on your schedule..eat when hungry, sleep when sleepy..
For me anytime is a good time, I know that people say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day but if I am not hungry I skip it.I am led more by my taste buds than anything else.So I tend to eat/snack throughout the day.It may not be good for someone with weight or health issues but for me it's all good.
If you are going out then the best time is after sunset. But if you decide to eat at home then any time is good. This is my preference ......
Early enough for the food to process through your system.

Do you prefer to dine out or eat at home on Christmas Day?I had been dining at home on Christmas Day for years. Th last time I dine out on Christmas Day was 20 years go. Meals are expensive and so are parking fees. Exorbitant fees. Dining at home maybe be boring but comfy. What do you think?
