If I had a serious problem with erectile disfunction, I would see a doctor about it.  However, for minor issues with testosterone levels, try tribulus. supplement shops, like the Vitamin Shoppe, sale it in several forms and with several names.  Body builders use tribulus to increase their testosterone to produce more collagen (protein). Men over 50 who practice other sports also face the need to produce more testosteron to replenish their protein levels. Tribulus is good for this too.
Tribulus can enhance your ability to get erections and your sexual drive if your testosteron is close to normal.

Read my hub on Gingko and cold feet you'll get some information on treating blood circulation problems that also affect the male erection.

I would recommend you do the following:

    (1) Live an active lifestyle taking up physical activity.
    (2) eat healthy foods low in oil as oil can effect blood circulation important in erections.
    (3) Take regular dose of Gingko, Saw Palmetto with Vitamins A,C,E, selenium and Zinc.

You may also consider taking Korean Ginsing - give it a few weeks and you'll notice the difference.
