What should I do to get away?
I love where I live, *most* of the people I live with, and I have a generally good life, but for the past couple days everything's been annoying, and I just need to get away. I need to leave the house, be by myself. I can't travel anywhere far, don't have much money, and need something a little more than going for a walk or hanging out in a coffee shop for a couple hours. Anyone have any suggestions for a solo "stay-cation" or mental health break away from home and the people I see every day? Only for a few hours, I''m not talking about running away
What I would do is find a nice, quiet place somewhere by the lake or a park (but then very early in the morning - when there are no people) or by the sea or in the mountains - whatever is possible close to where you live. It just should be nature rather than the mentioned coffe shop. And just sit there, close your eyes and try to be with your breath. Just breathe for a couple of minutes, let all he thoughts come and go, don't try to control them, don't stop them, just let them pass through you. And then concentrate on your senses - what can you hear, smell, see, and so on. Try to do it as if you were doing it for he first time. I guarantee you will feel much better just after this little practice. Cause when you feel like escaping for a while, make sure you don't escape from yourself

How long do you take on average to write a hub. I mean the whole process, research, writing etc. What would you say is the average for you?
