What are the best yet cheapest Hearing Aids on the market today?

If you meet certain requirements regarding both financial and medical need, hearing aids are provided for only the cost of the application. It costs $125 per hearing aid to apply at this time; the hearing aids given are middle-of-the-line, which would be about $2,000 each.
