Why my hair already greyed out?

My hair has gone grey and now I feel very old. Still my older sibling's hair is black. Why my hair color changed early? Is it something to do with mental pressure and busy life?

In a lot of cases it's just genetics. Hair goes grey because the follicle stops producing Melenin. Stress is still being researched, but all and all it's believed it has lettle to do with going grey.

Sometimes greying hair can be linked to an underlying medical condition. Like thyroid disease and MS. Certain viruses, and even not getting the proper nutrition can be causes of grey hair.

Chances are if your parents or siblings turned grey early, you can look forward to it too.

I am the first one to have grey hair in the early age in my family. May be i should start using oil in my hair to give them some nutrients :-)

      Thank you for the answer.

I think you used hair gel a lot. Due to hair gel sometimes hair become gray.
Or else it can be hormone problem.
