3. If you have just eaten and would want to shun yourself away from food, try doing something else to divert your attention or practice self-control. ^___^
I noticed when I drink coffee or green tea, I tend not to be so hungry. I also smell the food I really want to eat for five minutes and the craving to eat it goes away.
