Bitting my nails. As a child, it was my haven and addiction. Luckily, it dissipated over time.

Let me think for a while. Previously, at the weekend, I like sleeping late and getting up late, but now, I have changed this habit. Now I have cultivated the habit of early to bed and early to rise. It is not so easy to change a bad habit, but I got it.

Smoking, I started at a very young age and was barely able to kick the habit when I became pregnant with my son and as soon as he was born I started again smoked until he was 2 and then when I met my husband whih did not smoke or drink asked me to please give it up so I did which was really hard but I have not smoked for 8 years now so I'm very proud of that.
