Breaking The Habit. What are some of the worst habits out there?
"Habits" are repetitive & its learnt behavior that sometimes we are not conscious of until.. it becomes obvious and disturbing to others around us! So what are some of those habits and how can we get rid of the ones that are not good for us. Do share your insights!
My most annoying habit is being a pack rat, also known as a clutter bunny, and I am trying to fight that regularly but sometimes i just get content with it and don't tackle it at all?

What is the worst habit you have?The worst habit I have is probably that I pick at my nails, like people who bite their nails, I tend to pick at mine. i pick at them usually when I am nervous about something.
