Yes, There won't be any flavor, as the impurities that give water it's 'flavor' have been removed by the distillation process, but you can drink it, and it won't hurt you.
Yes, it just has a slightly different taste to tap water, as the impurities and some of the minerals are removed.

Not too long ago I started drinking 20 oz of water as soon as I get up. I dont know why but after that I have to deplete the 20 oz. It sure feels like a flush
