    You can try tp prevent this condition, by watching your weight, exercise, limit your ,spicy foods, avoid fatty /greasy foods,and overeating, Cholesterol , hormone drugs and hormone additives. Diabetics are especially at risk of  "GS"...
    Eating a well balanced diet / and drinking lemon water can cleanse the system, thus helping to prevent problems with digestive system and keeping the organs of the body healthy...

    Several studies have shown that coffee helps reduce the risk of getting gallstones.  However, like with most studies, there will be conflicting data.
    Regular consumption of alcohol also seems to help prevent gallstones, but good luck finding a doctor that will tell you that.
    Other than that, avoiding a super-high fat diet and keeping your body weight under control is always good advice.
