Movember is a way of devoting the month of November to men's health. Men can grow a moustache in November to show support for M-ovember
During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men’s faces, in the US and around the world. With their Mo's, these men raise vital awareness and funds for men's health issues, specifically prostate and testicular cancer initiatives. The MO standing for moustache.
Just to add to JThomp's answer above, this year it has been renamed as Movemburn, as men have the option to grow sideburns instead of, or as well as, a moustache!
Movember is how one pronounces November after one has had entirely too much to drink. It's often used while eating a libberish sambidge.
