Have you ever met with a life, leadership, or executive coach?
Was it helpful? Describe the pros and cons of your experience.
I am a life skills coach, and I don't know anything about a leadership coach or an executive coach. I think it is important to ask about a coach's credentials and experience, and see if it is a good fit for you. I don't think you should have to put up a lot of money up front! That might be a warning sign.
I think a good coach can be extremely helpful, and it shouldn't take too long for you to find out if this is so for you. Make a personal list of what you would like to accomplish ( actually your coach should suggest this and help you if you have problems doing it ). Your progress should be measurable, and evaluated by you at regular intervals.
Thanks Vickiw! I appreciate your response. What do you think is a fair hourly amount to pay for effective coaching?
Sorry, I missed this! I think more important is to ask for references, so that you can determine if this person can really help you. Then, when you are satisfied, see whether the fee seems reasonable to you.

Have you ever met with people who just doesn't give up even if they are wrong?I believe most of us met up with people of such. Even they are in the wrong, they just have reasons not to be guilty. Annoying I would say. What do you think?
