    How long one should sleep at night?

    For a healthy day ahead how long you need to sleep?

    all in all, try to sleep at least 8 hours and not more than 10

    at the same time it might be a really good idea to identify your sleep rhythm which generally consists of 3 hour cycles. let's say your cycles are a little longer at 200 minutes each, in that way you should either sleep 200, 400 or 600 minutes and be rested. meaning that either you should sleep for 3,3 hours, 6 hours or 10 hours and sleep as well as another person who for example should choose between 2h40 minutes, 5h20 or 8 hours
