Do you think coffee works well as a mild anti-depressant for your mood sometimes?
I've never thought about it this way, but I can definitely see where it would be a mild anti-depressant. I've never used it in this way intentionally, but analyzing my mood while on coffee and while off of coffee, I would probably say that I could use it as an anti-depressant. Caffeine tends to make me very bouncy and optimistic.
I've never thought of this either but I can see its truth. I love coffee and if I consider my mood when drinking it, it is always positive.
If it does it would be the caffeine and is only temporary. It can, in the long run, cause more problems with depression.
