What are the best ways to start cultivating any new habit?
How to cultivate habits like waking up early in the morning, working out, eating at proper time etc...?
I've read that it takes 21 days to form a new habit. I would work on one thing at a time, maybe waking up early. Make some kind of sheet with 21 spots and mark off each day that you hit your goal of waking up early. Good luck!
