Are you a heart attack survivor?
Heart disease is the number one killer of women. Many of us are not aware of this very real static. Raising awareness is one way of helping prevent the numbers from growing.
I am not a heart attack survivor. I take all the care to avoid getting a heart attack. I have crossed 40 and have cut down fatty food.
I do exercise regularly
In fact I have written a hub on how can we avoid getting a heart attack:)
Hello Thumbi7 . It is wonderful that you are writing about heart Attack prevention. I write about that as well however my heart attack was not a typical one. I suffered a SCAD which happens despite having no risk factors of heart attack.
Yes I am a heart attack survivor. It will be thirty years today that I had my first heart attack. I'm one of the lucky ones after two heart attacks at time that they knew very little about women and heart attacks I made it. I can say it wasn't easy and at times still isn't. I have a hub on it telling how the attack happened to me.
