    How Hard is it to finish a 30 day challenge workout at home?

    I am going to start a 30 day strength training challenge next week on Monday.  I usually get so buzzy I never finish one of these challenges.  Do anyone have a little trick they use or a way they plan their schedule to make sure they finish a similar challenge.

    for me it is very difficult...sad I have strated exercise schedule manytime at home, but after few days I get in some other work and then there is no time for it...
    I think it is always better to go to the gym for a workout. You can do workout with regularity in gym. You will keep a schedule that you have to go for gym during these hours and all. SO, I do recommend you for gym if you want to complete 30 days challenge smile

    Very hard actually. With many factors coming into play.
    1. Things always seem to come up.
    2. Hard to find motivation at home.
    3. With chores and other things to be done. You put it off a lot.
    4. Get destracted easily

    It is better to do a 30 day challenge at the gym. You will be more focused.
