Are you hard on yourself?
What issues and behaviors do you judge yourself as being inferior or bad? How to you punish yourself for these things? Can you see beyond this to the loving and deserving person you are?
I am extremely hard on myself. That is how I have been able to rise to the top of what ever challenges I face. I don't need to punish myself for when ever I am in a situation where I feel I have been inadequate my body will react making me feel embarrassed, hot and an uncomfortable heavy feeling. I hate this feeling so I strive always to avoid it or better myself.
Interesting. You seem to have great self control and discipline .
Thanks Penny, I wasn't always like this though it took years to develop, i'm a touch OCD about organization which definitely helped

Two homosexual men were sentenced to 14 years imprisonment for 'unnatural acts'in Malawi. I agree homosexuality could be considered a sin to a 'certain' God, but illegal?
