Creatine can help you work out longer without tiring out and although you can gain muscle you have to be careful not to just gain fat,such as true with proteins.
1kg is quite rapid rate of weight gain. You will most likely find that you are putting on more fat than muscle. I would suggest about 1kg every fortnight maximum..
