   How to live long life
   
   according to some expert, one of the reason people died premature because lack of rest, wrong eating habits and unbalance diet, wrong priorities in life. neglect the very essence of being alive. and because of the modern world many people too busy in earning money at any cost just to satisfy their pocket and I'll also one of them until now.!------ how to set the right priorities with out neglecting one important needs to our body? this question bather me lot because until now Its hard for me to maneuver into right path. --- A big Why and How!

   Studies have shown that people who eat less and eat well live longer. Choose your food wisely so that they are full of nutrients. Yes, these green leafy vegetables and others as well. Limit your intake of animal fat.
   
   It is no surprise that regular exercise will keep you healthy. But did you know that even if you are over 50, lifting weights can help with balance and even with the memory? People in their 80s and 90s who have walked consistently and work out their entire lives can still be vigorous in their older years.
   
   Strong social ties and a good love life are both recipes for living a long and healthy life. In studies comparing men who smoked and were married to those who did not, but remained single, your chance of dying from a heart attack was more or less equal. So close relationship with others has a strong protective effect on health.
   
   Keep your mind stimulated as they age. Volunteer, learn to play the violin, take up painting, have a strong sense of purpose about something you believe. These are all ways also to stay healthy mentally and stave off dementia and Alzheimer's.
   
   Organize Your Priorities
   You can arrange the priorities focusing on a different area of your life. For example, the first three months, focus on your professional life, after that, try a new habit related to your health.
   
   If you start with the feeling that it is a temporary thing, you go with more calm, less pressure and at the same time, having deadline forces you to maintain consistency so that you can reach your goal.
