How to lose weight with a big family?
I am mother of 4 and I have a husband. We are all over weight and I blame myself for our bad eating habits and lack of exercise. We are always busy! I stay at home, my husband works. Help!
Keep it simple. Choose to live differently. If parents are on same page the following is easier to do than most think. Separate all carbs from fats and don't eat them within 3 hours of each other. Walk for a mere 20 minutes after meals. Pay attention to ways of making the most of other opportunities to be active. Never stand in line, but do small exercises while waiting. Do more housework with the children. Don't park near doors to stores. See what happens week by week. You'll quickly surprise yourselves with a healthier and happier life.
