How do we overcome digestive inability to absorb essential amino acids, I   use Pancrex V enzymes,

I ask this because I have had colitis for about 7 years, dreadful disease. Medication given is coated in phythlates, a toxic substance which damages our endocrine disease.
I accidentally realised that L tryptophan regulated inflammatio, TNF inhibitors and interlueken 6, I found taking tryptophan for sleep, when I took 4 grams, it improved my bowel habit.
Then reading up on it, I was gob smacked Vitually all Seratonin is produced in the gut.  The NHS do list Tryptophan, but not for this. My consultant has just written to my GP to tell him my colitis has healed, Trytophan has given  my life back

I suggest speaking to another medical professional about this. Yes you need to eat it, but simply eating chicken, turkey and other foods containing it could give you the benefit without a supplement.

      Thank you Tamara
I use pancrex V, maybe i have to more often, UK doctors not interested in non patentable substances for such uses, have to work it out for our selves, shocking but true.
