Do you think skipping rope on a daily basis can potentially tone up my legs?
I'm planning to tone up my legs by skipping rope on a daily basis (5 minutes continuously, 30 seconds rest, repeat for 5 times). However, I'm not sure if this is effective or not and I don't want to build up muscle on my legs. Would love to seek some advice from fellow hubbers.
Yes, absolutely. It is one of the best exercises as long as you don't have knee or hip problems.
It definitely wont hurt and if you're feeling really ambitious try working in a set of climbing stairs in between the jump rope intervals. Good luck!!
