What do you struggle with on a daily basis?
We all struggle with a part of ourselves that we just cannot control. Though we read articles, take support classes, yet we still fail. Can you even remember when and where you became aware of this trait. I understand no one is perfect, but maybe coming to terms with this part of us may bring new meaning and change.
I struggle with my weight and food issues on a daily basis. I actually cannot remember a time when I did not have a problem with eating. I was an overweight child, I was anorexic and bulimic in my teenage years and into my early twenties, and now I am an overweight adult.
It feels like I am always searching for the newest way to lose weight quickly. I do well during the day but at night I always succumb to late night overeating. I do not technically have an eating disorder anymore, or at least not one that threatens my health. Food is like a drug for me and sometimes it feels as if I do not have control over what I eat even though I know I do.
Lately I have been trying to be aware of what my body is telling me. If I feel actual hunger I eat. If I want to eat because I am bored, tired, or upset I try to refrain. I don't always win but I try. I have also been walking which helps curb the binges.
Hi Chloe, I was hurt to see how much you struggle. Having the disorders I struggle with I also struggle with an eating disorder. I'm anorexic. Just in this past year
I'm encouraged. What you say is true. Never giving up and being aware allows us...
With being happy in general- all that comes with that? The wonderment if your at the right place with your life? What DO I WANT? What make me REALLY HAPPY?
Reaching my age, it is all for the family.
It is a matter of organizing the daily routine in the proper way. I love the way it had been done in military as they are very organized. So, in a way I am applying the routine at home and seems to be working.
Once the routine had been established, it will turn out to be a habit. So we tend to do things in a proper matter without having to think about. This way, it will avoid ourselves having to struggle with our daily lives.
Tolerance and patience... I have trouble tolerating incompetent bozos that pretend to be managers at work, and my patience is poor when it comes to stupidity, laziness and poor work ethics. As you can see, I need to find a full-time online job; ha!
Being unemployed, the big question for me is - how am I going to feed my family, pay the bills, etc.
I struggle with depression on a daily basis and have done for over 15 years. It's actually got to the point that I barely remember what my life was like before I had to cope with this. The smallest of activities such as getting out of bed or getting dressed can often seem overwhelming. That said, I have managed to continue with my career so I think I am doing well.
I try not to think of it as a 'struggle' really and more like an effort to successfully 'manage' my chronic depression.

Do you think skipping rope on a daily basis can potentially tone up my legs?I'm planning to tone up my legs by skipping rope on a daily basis (5 minutes continuously, 30 seconds rest, repeat for 5 times). However, I'm not sure if this is effective or not and I don't want to build up muscle on my...
