Can gall stones be removed without removing the gall bladder completely?

I need to have my gall bladder removed because its full of stones. My doctor says it will be difficult because of past operations on my gut! Can they be suctioned out?

According to the following article on Google you can suction them out. A New Laparoscopic Technique: Suction Removal of Spilled Gallstones

There is a machine at the hospital where they can blast them with altrasonic waves and it powderizes them. The problem is not everywhere has it and if any are stuck in tubes it wont work on them. If you bladder is inflamed and swollen the only cure is removal. Is stones the only issue? You could get your dr to check with a specalist before removal.
