We are aware of the important thing that the immunity should be able to increase the natural strength. Let us know more about this,  in every creature, it is the natural force that is needed to live a life. If it is in us, it is called immunity. Also known as active immunity.
Our digestive system, the liver. kidneys and every internal organ need natural immunity strengthens and keep working with other systems connected to it. The natural food, which is nutritional food is more powerful.
The seasonal changes, that means the period between one season to another, as well as the extensive life, such as premature food habits, if you are having food at untimely period, this reduces the natural strength, as well as the degenerative diseases that reduce the natural strength of our body. Diseases like diabetes as well as tuberculosis, cancer, anemia these long-lasting diseases affect natural immunity.
All of this is an all-out disease, and immunity is that the white blood cells, act as our natural strength, these are the only cells that are there to protect us, so that the natural force that protects us throughout our life. They can be serious viruses and other pathogens. To protect ourselves from such things, we naturally have the defense system that is the natural strength of our blood circulation which is in the form of white blood cells. It should not be weakened, but it should be understood that this natural force is weakened in some people who do not have peace. The natural strength also decreases and the rest of the life is reduced due to the lack of natural strength. Some can not eat because of a lack of interest in the food, and they consume alcohol to compensate. Lack of exercise to the body, these days mechanized life reduces the natural strength. Most of us are not aware of what to eat in the dry season what to eat in the rainy season what to eat in winter, the natural strength is reduced due to the lack of it. let us see How to strengthen natural immunity.

All the suggestions are a minus without adequante fresh air circulating in a room and the environment.                                                                   For example, you will break your immunity if you exercise in a room that is airtight or without ventilation.                                                                          The blood need fresh air to burnt digested foods. So if you eat all the best meals, what is that to the systems?
