    I was aware about your arm injury, but read the details about it in this write up. I am really sorry for all that you had to undergo. I am sure that you be recovering smoothly, as these things take time. In fact, post care is equally important.
    Your narration will be a good guide for the readers. As we age, our bones become brittle, and as such we should take care of bone health through the right food and physical activities. Prevention against falls should also be taken care of.
