Well, I have been fairly non existant for almost 2 weeks now. I cant believe something like the flu absolutely took me over.
Im 6ft1, 260 pounds and some microscopic organism totally took over my body.
I cant ever remember being as sick as I was the last two weeks.
I still am not even close to 100 percent but I am feeling much better.
I never realized something could suck up so much energy that I wouldnt even be able to click a mouse.
Anyways I am back, the blog is updated and Im slowly going to start getting back into the swing of things.
Thanks to the hubbers who have been patient about me getting their hubs up on my blog.
I know this post doesnt mean much but it was my getting back post and my post to tell people how a little flu can take over a full grown human being.
ugh, I am sooo sorry. I had the flu about a year ago, knocked me right on my ass for weeks!!! Its so awful, it takes so much out of you, and it takes alonog time to get "yourself" back. Take it slow, hope your better son!!
Dale, sorry you were not feeling well. Glad you are better. Hoping you are soon back to the peak of good health.
Dale, sorry to hear about it. I hope you get a speedy recovery and bounce back in full form. Get well soon.
Thank you everyone. I am feeling about 75 percent now and trust me that is way better then a few days ago.
I am back now and suspect in a few days will be back in full swing.
*HUGS* get well fast, Dale. the flu is definitely NO fun to have

I did a quick poll on a Swine Fly vaccine hub, and almost 70% of the people who responded are not getting a shot - OK so it's only out of 19 people so far - but is that representative of the Hub community? I for one won't be - but we're still talking to the doctor's regarding my pregnant daughter!

I spent the day in Indiana taking my 23-year-old son to the doctor. He's been deathly ill for two weeks and has taken a turn for the worse over the last couple days. He has no health insurance, so I went so he could get treated. (I paid.)The doctor said he probably had flu the first week, possibly...

I had a flu shot. I starting feeling ill on Sunday, and yesterday I was coughing and throwing up, with a temp of 102. My normal is 97. I still have a little fever and cough, but the worst part is the muscle pain. I'm not talking about an ache - I mean a sharp stabbing pain in my neck, shoulders,...
