Good eyes help you to see clearly far and wide. So, its very important that we maintain healthy eyesight to perform different tasks and activities. Here are the examples of eye exercises that I usually do:
1.)Blinking
2.)Palming Placing your two hands over your eyes with the cup of your palm covering your eyes, your fingers on your forehead and the heel of your hand will rest on your cheekbone.
3.)Figure of eight -Imagine a giant figure of eight in front of you about 10 feet in front of you. Now turn the 8 on its side. Now trace the figure of eight with your eyes, slowly.
4.)Near and far focusing
How about you?
The Floating Sausage. Kids love it!
Have a family activity - Eye Poking Duel!
Wedge the cup of a spoon against the backside of your eye. Then slam a door on the handle of the spoon.
E X E R C I S E ! !
Have someone tie you down on your back. Have a hairy recluse spider lowered slowly down between your eyes. Exercise - and a change of drawers.
