what kind of eye excerices will be good for eye?

    owing to work situation, I have to take a long time to computer, and my eyesignt have decresed a lot. Is there a effective eye exercises to help me improve this terrible situation.

      Due to this excess of computer use, lot of eye problems will arise along with computer syndrome,
      Best thing here is to give rest to the eyes in between the use,by just closing them with the palms, wash with triphala decoction,apply rose water pack on the eyes, gives better results if accomponied with other eye exercises too.
