Has anyone successfully used an ovulation testing kit with PCOS?

    I am toying with the idea of buying one but I have PCOS and have read mixed reviews about the accuracy and success of using these kits with PCOS.

    Any advice out there?

      I can Honestly Say that I Haven't and as a red blooded male.. Doubt that I will ever need to hmm big_smile

    My wife has PCOS, and we conceived in May with the help of a testing kit.  All I can say is if one finds oneself in such a predicament, who knows what may help from person to person and from case to case.

    If you are having regular monthly periods, there is a good chance that the ovulation predictor kit will work. It can very difficult to time testing if not.
    PCOS usually causes LH levels to be constantly high, making the ovulation kit an unreliable way to test for ovulation.
    Try using the mucus method instead?
