I have tried several ways to lose weight and the one that produced best results and best overall feeling was no carb, Montignac, primal... whatever you call it, but now I need a super boost - a library to refer to and keep going.
You can make a spaghetti bolognaise without the spaghetti. Serve it with long ribbons of cabbage instead. Also don't use a ready-made sauce which is sure to have added sugar in it, make your own with onions, garlic, tomatoes, ground beef, parsley, salt, pepper, basil and oregano. Grated cheese is nice on top - again low carb.
