Weigh yourself at least once a week - It helps you stay on track but not so often that you will take the fun away.

Be picky, picky, and very picky - Think of it as eating buffet. Only pick the food you really want to eat, not the one that your taste buds want to savor.

Say NO everywhere - Willpower is like a muscle. The more you work on it, the stronger it gets. When someone offers you food and you don't want to eat, just smile, and say "No."

Exercise in the morning - Working out in the morning does not only keep you moving more during the rest of the day, but it also respond less to tempting food.

Concentrate your workouts - So what if you can't make it to the gym or to your regular yoga class? Just 15 minutes of working out can help maintaining your fitness level.

Don't bank calories! - Be sure to eat your regular meals and a couple of snacks. Aim for plenty of veggies, fruits, whole grains, and lean protein.

Three bite rule when eating dessert - First bite: amazingly good. Second bite: satisfying. Third bite: lingering.

Don't ever skip a meal, like never! - it is the same as the Don't bank calories. If you skip a meal, you will be more tempted to crave for more food in your next meal.
